Uhm, yeah... we totally screwed up...
We accidentally shipped around 300 Rough Rider creepers out with a then-unknown caster fork problem. If you have recently purchased a Rough Rider with our NEW style winged forks and are having problems getting it to change direction properly, please call us immediately. An image of the fork is below:
If you have these forks on your creeper and have trouble with it rolling on all surfaces, we will replace the forks themselves (keep your wheels!), and make it right for your troubles. Please call us at 800-266-3321 if you are one of the affected customers. We offer our sincerest apologies, and want to make sure that we can back up our products and keep you happy! We have fixed the problem, and all Rough Riders shipping out have redesigned forks. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

All of our creepers come with a guarantee on the wheels for the lifetime of the creeper against manufacturer defects. The creeper bodies are warranted for one year. All warranties exclude creepers that have been hit, run over, abused, improperly maintained or altered beyond original specifications. Dale Adams Enterprises has been working hard to update the look of our creepers. We have recently moved our creeper body production in house, and have redesigned our caster forks to be made here in Ohio. We pride ourselves in offering high quality, AMERICAN products to our customers.
In addition to the new forks, we have redesigned the decals for the Bone™ and Rough Rider™ models. We are also molding our own specially designed neck pads directly onto the creepers.

The Bone-ster™ is the newest member of the Bone™ family. It was introduced in September 2003 to our customers and formally introduced at the 2003 SEMA conference in Las Vegas. The Bone-ster™ comes equipped with 3” diameter custom designed wheels with special, extra soft tires to climb, rather than push away, obstacles. The shape is an evolutionary design of the Bone™. The exposed ribs add unbelievable strength plus welcome ventilation and cool looks.
