Frequently Asked Questions Q: Where can I buy a Bone™ creeper? Can I find one if I don't live in the Continental US? A: You can buy through us via Paypal on our website or over the phone at 800.266.3321. We also have distributors in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Norway, Germany, New Zealand and Australia. You can also visit our ordering page to find a zip code search of vendors that sell our products, as well as links to our largest distributors.
Q: What ever happened to Pegasus Products Company? A: As many people know, The Bone™ line of creepers had been run under the company name Pegasus Products for several years. Pegasus has disappeared only in name, we have merged it with our other company, Dale Adams Enterprises. We still have the same people, same creepers, same everything - except for the name.
Q: Can the Rough Rider™ really roll outside on the gravel? A: Yes, it can. As long as there is a firm substrate under the gravel/sand/etc., and there is sufficient ground clearance to roll, the creeper can indeed be used outdoors. This makes the Rough Rider™ ideal for mechanics with rough or dirt floors, as well as for Truckers and Farmers. If the gravel is deep, causing the creeper to sink to its axles, it will not function (just like a 4x4 stuck in the mud).
Q: What happened to the Patriot Bone™? A: The Patriot Bone™ was a limited edition version of the Bone 6031 model, using the item number 6531. We have discontinued it until a time that we come out with a new run of special Patriot decals. The current Patriot decals are still available for purchase, but we no longer ship creepers with them applied anymore. If you would like to purchase one, just give us a call.
Q: I've seen Bone T-shirts around. Where can I get one? A: Just give us a call or e-mail! Images will be posted on our accessories webpage. Price and availability may vary.
Q: A part to my creeper has broken. Is it covered by warranty? A: That depends. Our standard warranties are a 1 year limited warranty on the body, and a lifetime limited warranty on the casters. The warranty is voided if the creeper has been run over or loaded beyond its capacity. See our Products page for the capacity ratings of your creeper. If you need a new part, please call us at 800.266.3321 to obtain a new one. Chances are your warranty will cover it. We may occasionally ask you to send back the broken item for quality control purposes. You can see our warranty policy by clicking here.
